Waterman supply uncontended fibre optic internet with capable speeds of up to 1000/1000Mbps. You will also have your own private VLAN and unique user credentials for each team member for added security.
Generous parking is included with our fixed workspaces, and depending on the location, you may have additional parking options for your team available. Customer parking however is available at all locations. Speak with our leasing team to find out more information.
Common area is the shared space throughout our centres. This includes things like business lounges, breakout areas, hot desks and open meeting spaces which are located outside of your private area. You can think of this common area as shared workspaces and recreational area for you and your staff.
Once we have you and your team set up in our centres, they’ll have an access pass which they can use to come in and leave any of our centres as they please. Assuming the package you create comes with 24/7 access, your staff can have unlimited multi-site access for the duration of your stay with us!
We strongly encourage all our members to have branding in their space to create their own sense of identity within our centre. Depending on the space and inclusions you take, our projects team can work alongside you to create some branding and signage that allows your brand to shine in our space.
Yes, each centre has its own end of trip facilities including showers and bike racks for the healthy members of your team who need it!
Your security deposit will depend on the type of space you take and the duration of your term.
All mail is received at our reception then sorted and distributed into your physical mailbox by our service team. For any parcels or large objects, they will store these in a secure space or placed in your office for your collection.
Yes, all of our fixed workspaces come with a notice period if you intend to vacate but you can increase or reduce this as you require during your consultation with our leasing team.
Absolutely! We’ll register all team members who will be using the space and allow you to nominate anyone you chose as our primary contact who we’ll contact so you can focus on the important things.
We operate on a direct debiting system which we will set up with you at the start of your agreement with us. If you are unable to use this system, please discuss alternate payment methods with your leasing executive.
