Common area is the shared space throughout our centres. This includes things like business lounges, breakout areas, hot desks and open meeting spaces which are located outside of your private area. You can think of this common area as shared workspaces and recreational area for you and your staff.
We operate on a direct debiting system which we will set up with you at the start of your agreement with us. If you are unable to use this system, please discuss alternate payment methods with your leasing executive.
Your security deposit will depend on the type of space you take and the duration of your term.
Waterman supply uncontended fibre optic internet with speeds capable speeds of up to 1000/1000Mbps. You will also have your own private VLAN and unique user credentials for each team member for added security.
