The minimum booking period for a meeting space is half an hour for Waterman members and one hour for casual bookings.
Waterman Workspaces is proud to offer some of Melbourne’s finest boardrooms for hire, boasting stunning views of the Dandenong Ranges from our ‘Waterman Suite‘, to the sophisticated 22-person mahogany-style ‘Buffett Boardroom‘ at our Chadstone centre, which overlooks the picturesque Melbourne CBD skyline.
Those looking to impress a client surely won’t be disappointed when you or your client enters one of our boardrooms. Waterman Workspaces has 8 boardrooms available for hire across all of our coworking centres, which start from $40/hr for Waterman Members.
Non-Waterman members can hire any of our boardrooms on a casual basis. Some rentals may have minimum hire times and a booking fee at the time of enquiry.

Whatever the business event, we offer three dedicated training rooms that can accommodate up to 80 people, allowing you to gather a larger group of people to conduct that very important event and make it a little more memorable than usual.
Our training rooms are fitted with top-of-the-line audiovisual technology, including high-resolution projectors, presentation stands, wireless screen sharing, and ergonomic seating for your guests, all arranged in a classroom-style layout to immerse them in your presentation.
Our training rooms require a minimum of two-hour bookings, with after-hours options also available. Simply enquire about the training room you want to use, and our helpful sales team will supply you with a quote.
Sometimes, a meeting room isn’t enough to bring a hybrid working team together to work on a focused project, and you need a dedicated space away from the openness of the coworking area, this is why we have introduced the Day Office offering.
It’s ideal for getting your team together and accomplishing more focus time in a day or for those seeking a more flexible option to long-term private office leases.
Waterman Workspaces distinguishes itself from other coworking centres in Melbourne by including dedicated 17″ HDMI Monitors as standard in all of our Day Office rooms, allowing you to simply plug-and-play and make the most of your day with your team.
By utilising HDMI monitors, you can keep multiple windows and applications open on separate screens simultaneously. This setup streamlines your workflow, reduces distractions, and enhances your focus, enabling you to complete tasks more efficiently and increase overall productivity.
Our day offices are available for hire by the hour, half-day, or full-day. Discounts are available for longer periods.
Waterman Members
Meeting room hire in Melbourne starts at A$10 per hour for Waterman Members with a minimum of a half an hour booking*. If you’re a current Waterman Member or tenant, you can jump on Waterman Central and book your room through the portal.
If you would like to join Waterman Workspaces and become a member, simply Sign Up for as little as A$50 a month +GST and get full access to Waterman Central and begin to exploring all of our available meeting rooms for hire.
Non-Waterman Members
For casual non-Waterman members, we offer casual meeting room hire at select meeting rooms across our locations and with booking hire fees. Please note all prices quoted on our site for Meeting Room Hire are at Waterman Member rates, and casual hire rates may differ.Â
