For $50+ GST for the day, enjoy an ergonomic workspace where you can not only get work done but also immerse yourself within the exciting community culture that Waterman has to offer.
As a standard inclusion of your Day Pass, you will automatically gain access to any Waterman event that is run on the day, a great opportunity for you to network with other members.
To avoid any delays upon your arrival, we highly recommend requesting a Day Pass prior to coming into the centre, however, if you do not get a chance to book, we do welcome walk-in’s.
The Day Pass hours of access at 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, however, if you need to prolong your stay you are welcome, but there are additional after hours fees that will be charged to your nominated credit card.

Currently, there is no limit, however, plans do change so we recommend booking no further than 60 days into the future.
You certainly can, please just notify our team upon booking as each individual will require a Day Pass to work from the centre.
Please note that if you are paying separately, we do require the personal contact details of every individual attending the centre.
You certainly can! We recommend speaking with the team at the time of booking your Day Pass to also book in your meeting room.
Meeting rooms at Waterman tend to fill up very quickly so booking in advance will allow you the best chance of securing a meeting room with any requirements that you may have.
We do accommodate for on the day bookings, our friendly team will happily accommodate for this.
At select Waterman centres, we do have the option of booking a day office for you and/or your team to work from for the day. These offices come fit with desks, chairs and also an additional monitor to work from. As each centre does have one of these private day offices, we recommend booking along with your Day Pass to avoid missing out. These rooms are highly popular with our current members.

The hours of standard access is between 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday.
Please ask our team for more information on this, however, most centres have shopping centre parking so you should have no problems finding a park.
To avoid losing your Day Pass booking entirely, we recommend calling up either prior to your booking or on the day of your booking to reschedule. We ask that you rebook your Day Pass within 60 days of the cancellation date. If you are looking to hold onto the amount for your Day Pass, we will ask you to set up an account with Waterman so that we can refund you the amount of your Day Pass in the form of Waterman credits so that you can book your pass into the future.
We do not offer monetary refunds for the Day Pass, however are willing the be flexible in terms of booking days into the future.
You are more than welcome to set yourself up at any of the working desks, however, we ask that you do not sit at any dedicated desk as that is reserved for specific members.
On the day of your arrival, you will be given a tour by a dedicated community manager who will point out options of where to sit.
On the Day Pass, we ask that each guest has a Day Pass to enter into the space. Alternatively, we can also suggest booking a meeting room to meet with clients.
We do offer half Day Pass as well as full Day Pass.
Half Day Pass come at the cost of $25+GST for the day.
Please note that if you choose to extend your stay beyond the half a day mark, you will automatically be charged the full day rate.
After reserving your Day Pass, you will receive a detailed email about how to access your allocated Waterman centre.
At flagship sites such as Chadstone, Caribbean Park, Camberwell, Narre Warren, Richmond, Bundoora, Eastland you will be greeted by a dedicated service team you will talk you through you through how your Day Pass will work.
If you are attending the Clayton or Moonee Ponds centres, you will need to check in with the virtual assistant, you will find a touch panel upon your arrival into the site.
Please note that while you are interacting with a virtual assistant, these assistants really are our service team, no robots allowed.
