How it works
Waterman Corporate Access – Hotdesking close to home, made easy
Starting from $2,000 a month (plus GST), this account comes with full account management support, user reporting, fixed-quarterly pricing, admin access to control ad-hoc spend, and team access to ergonomic hotdesks all over Melbourne.
Your account setup
Your monthly fee (set per quarter) is the sum of each user plus a $500 account service fee to cover all printing, account management, booking fees, monthly reporting and some meeting room credits to get you started.
Each user on your account is set up based on their expected usage each month:
Casual User
1 — 2 days per month
$ 50 user/month
Part Time User
1 — 2 days per week
$ 250 user/month
Full Time User
4 — 5 days per month
$ 550 user/month

Full cost control
We’ve made this product super accessible and budget friendly by putting you in control of your spend. Each user’s fee is set per quarter, and we’ll work with you at each review to set the expected usage fee for the next quarter. In addition, you can set an admin user who is able to control which users can make meeting room bookings (any additional costs for which are added to next months bill). Which means no bill shock at the end of the month.

We have several locations around Melbourne and growing, with plans to be close to home for Metro Melbourne.
