While there might not be palm trees or coconut clusters nearby, there’s plenty of greenery and a thriving business park that make Caribbean Park the ideal business oasis close to home.
Serviced by Eastlink and surrounded by green space, Caribbean Park is far from the retro marketplace of yesteryear, with plans for this suburban hub to become the largest office precinct outside of the CBD.Â
Parking
Our Caribbean Park location has allocated basement and multi-deck parking located a short 5-minute walk away, available for $141 including GST per month.
Directly in front of the building is a pay-as-you-go carpark for $2 an hour. There is also 2-hour free parking located at the front, rear and sides of the building, however, this carpark can have limited availability so maybe start your day a little early.
Public Transport
The closest bus stop on Route 693 is a 27-minute walk from Waterman.

For the caffeine connoisseurs among us, there are a handful of coffee spots near our Caribbean Park office. And hey, if you’re in need of a quick fix, the local McCafe is just a drive-through away!
