“We have conducted a successful capital raise in the past, and have accrued a wonderful group of investors over several years who share our vision for the future of the workplace,” said Founder and Manager Director, Neville Waterman.

“That’s what we are trying to achieve at Waterman by setting up beautiful and functional flexible workspaces across the city’s suburban ring. So far, we operate centres in Scoresby, Narre Warren and Chadstone.”
Looking forward, at least 12 per cent of all commercial office stock in Australia is expected to be used for flexible workspaces by 2030. The amount of flexible workspace in Australia is expected to grow from the present approximate 250,000m2 to over 3,500,000m2 by 2030.
