Fuel your community impact with discounted Workspace access through the Waterman Grant — exclusively for not-for-profits, charities, and community groups!

What's on offer

The Waterman Grant is designed to help organisations focus on their impact—not their overheads. We’re offering selected partners up to 85% support—or up to $8,160 per year—towards workspace costs¹, including:

Workspace access for up to four team members
A Dedicated Desk with organisation’s branding, giving you visibility within our centre
Flexible hot-desking usage across all of our coworking centres
Access to the Waterman environment, including breakout areas, kitchen facilities, and member-only events
A thriving and supportive community of like-minded professionals and businesses

¹ Private Offices are not included in the Waterman Grant program—our focus is on having you join us in our shared, collaborative spaces to help us build community and connection.

Your Contribution

This partnership between your organisation and Waterman is more than just about workspace—it’s about building a thriving, connected community.

Your organisation will play a key role in shaping our already thriving community environment by:

Actively engaging with members and helping foster meaningful connections
Collaborating with Community Managers to support a positive, inclusive culture
Maintaining a consistent weekly presence in the workspace members
Participating in Waterman community events
Offering your skills, insights, and initiatives to enrich the community
Paying any invoices for additional usage (e.g. photocopying, parking) including your 15% membership contribution.

Eligibility

Referral Bonus is strictly for current members only, if a referral is made by a non-member, no Referral Bonus will be given to the referrer.
The referral must not be a current member of waterman, nor have been an active member in the last 2 years. There will be no referral bonus for an internal upgrade.
The Referral must be made through the online form to be considered for a Referral Bonus, no other forms of referrals are eligible.

Terms & Conditions

Refer someone you know to Waterman Workspaces and on signing up to a Waterman centre, you (The Referrer) will receive a reward (Referral Bonus) according to the table above.
This referral program is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and applies to the products in the table above at any Waterman centre.
Offer and availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice and may be ended at any time.
Once a referral is made, the person referred must sign for a Waterman product in order to receive the Referral Bonus.
Payment of referral bonus is a once off, and will be made in full after the contract start date for the new customer.
Prices are subject to change without notice and as such the Referral Bonus may also reflect those changes.
A single Referral Bonus is applicable for each successful referral. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
You or your referral may be contacted by the Waterman team occasionally for sales and promotions.
A referral cannot be from the same business as the referring business or from the same person for a secondary business.
