This year the International Women’s Day will focus on the under the United Nations’ 2026 theme “Balancing the Scale.”
What to expect
At 1pm, we’ll hear from our special guest speaker Bianca Chatfield, former Australian Netball player, respected media personality, and advocate for strong leadership both on and off the court. Bianca will share her insights on balancing opportunity, responsibility, and representation, drawing on her experiences in elite sport, media, and business.
Following Bianca’s address, there will be a short Q&A session, giving attendees the chance to ask questions, share perspectives, and be part of an open and engaging conversation aligned with this year’s theme.

The UN’s 2026 International Women’s Day theme, Balancing the Scale, focuses on accelerating progress toward gender equality by addressing imbalance in leadership, opportunity, recognition, and outcomes. It’s a call to action for workplaces, communities, and individuals to play an active role in creating fairer systems for everyone.
